Embre is a relationship intelligence and personal growth platform. Embre is NOT a licensed healthcare provider, medical clinic, psychiatric diagnostic instrument, or professional psychotherapy service. Embre does not provide clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, suicide prevention, or emergency crisis intervention. If you or your partner are experiencing physical danger, domestic abuse, self-harm, or a mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or use the resources listed on our Safety Directory.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Beta Participation
By creating an account, registering for the waitlist, or accessing the Embre beta platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
Closed Beta Access: Embre is currently offered as a private, closed beta. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis. Embre reserves the right to modify, pause, or refine features as part of this beta evaluation.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use Embre. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Accounts and Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity through your account. You may not use the Service unlawfully, abuse, harass, or threaten others, bypass its security or privacy protections, or reverse-engineer the Service.
3. Privacy and Shared Features
Some Embre features are personal; others may create information available to people participating in that shared feature. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle individual and shared information.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMBRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS BETA.
